Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping to the USA is free on every order.

How long does delivery take in the USA?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 8 to 13 business days after processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes. We ship to Canada and select international countries. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout. International shipping is paid by the customer and is calculated by the weight of the items in your order before you pay. The estimated delivery window for your country is shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your return policy in the USA?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Otherwise the customer pays return shipping. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What is your return policy for international orders?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The customer pays return shipping and any return fees. Original shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are not refundable. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

How do I start a return?

Are your iPads cellular?

Apple iPads in our store are Wi-Fi models unless the listing says otherwise. Check the title and description on each product page for the exact model, storage and condition.

What do the condition labels mean on refurbished items?

Refurbished listings state the condition in the product title, for example "Refurbished (Acceptable)". Read the title, photos and description before you order, and contact us with any questions first.
